I'm so bored with the U.S.A.

So here it is. I'm packing up and leaving for England early Sunday morning! I'm nervous and scared and super excited - everything most people are before they go abroad. Although, as G told me, I already study abroad, going to school in Gettysburg, PA, after living all my life in Southern California.
Still. I wanted to create a blog to keep everyone back home (who's interested) as up to date as possible about my different adventures, and misadventures, while I'm in the city of Bath. I'm incredibly, nerd-ily excited for my classes - Shakespeare, British drama, and Jane Austen? Yes please! Then I have an internship with the Theatre Royal Bath. I won't find out exactly what I'm doing until I get there, but there's a good chance it'll include helping out with their children's theatre program. And after 13 years of Riverside Children's Theatre, I feel pretty prepared for that. But you never know.
Then there's all the traveling, both inside and outside of school. I'm sure there will be plenty of stories for when I get to see all my other crazy friends that are going to be in Europe. And there's lots of opportunity to pretend to be a Jane Austen heroine, to do the "Let's go down the disco" dance, and everything in between.
There's lots more bouncing around in my brain, but I figure I should leave it at this for now. Next time I update this abroad blog (or ab-blog, as my friend Sai might say), I'll be in England. Wish me luck!
